Dr. Günter Keller

Dipl.-Biol., German Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney

He completed his studies of biology at the Technical University in Munich in 1985 with a PhD at the chair of microbiology. Dr. Keller has special experience in biotechnology, genetic engineering and pharmaceutical chemistry. In innumerable proceedings Dr. Keller has been made familiar with all aspects of prosecution, opposition and appeal cases at the European Patent Office, as well as with infringement and nullity proceedings before the District Courts and the Federal Supreme Court (BGH).

Member of the Patentanwaltskammer, the EPI (Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office), where he is substitute board member, member of GRUR (German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright), where he is active as member of the Expert Committee for Patent Law, of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property) and of FICPI (International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys).
